Best Answer: Something very sinister going on here Jack. This fiasco has gone on long enough and it’s time the police took a positive stand and put an end to it all .The McCanns are the main suspects in this case yet they are allowed to give the impression that they are in charge of the whole case. They manipulate and sue the media,they refuse to co operate with the questioning,they intimidate witnesses,they have received the most protection than anyone in criminal history and it’s time the team McCann were made to answer questions. We now read that the reason why the Portuguese prosecutor has dis allowed the reinterviewing of the McCanns is because he says there is no point because they will refuse to cooperate just as they did in PDL. So the PJ obviously know they are lying but now have to prove it by interviewing the rest of the Tapas gang. It is also reported that the PJ have returned computers and personal items to Murat so perhaps they think he is in the clear.Given the MCs track record I wouldn’t put it past them to be involved in this car bugging and car explosion event. The media and govts part in this affair has been despicable.Why are the Mcs so important they need to be protected?

• I’ve always thought there’s bigger wheels in this case than we know of. The McCanns have powerful connections, who or why, I don’t know but certainly powerful enough to intimidate the media. I truly hope the PJ can uncover the truth in this case and the truth about Madeleine is heard.
